Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped by sea freight due to the size and weight of our products.
- Air freight is also available upon request. The cost will be calculated based on the actual shipping date. Please contact our customer service before placing your order for details.
Shipping Procedure
Once the balance payment is received, the goods will be dispatched from the factory to the logistics warehouse. The logistics provider will then consolidate the shipment and arrange forwarding to the destination port, as well as handle customs clearance and final delivery.
Please note: In some countries, customers are required to collect the goods from a designated local logistics warehouse.
