Due to the customized nature of our products and lengthy international shipping process, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or returned.


Quality Warranty

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during delivery, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or video footage of the damage.

Once we confirm the issue, we will repair or replace the faulty components at no additional cost.
